Amazon Kindle Renewal Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

a. Entry to the prize draw is only open to;

- policyholder's who are invited in to the prize draw through their renewal letter and
- policyholder's who successfully pay their first direct debit payment after their renewal date.

b. Entry instructions contained in the policyholder’s renewal letter form part of these Terms and Conditions, and participation in this prize draw means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If a policyholder would like to opt out of the prize draw, they should inform Dencover.

c.This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over, except employees of Correlation Risk Partners Limited or i-cover Limited and their families, agents and anyone associated with this promotion.

d.The promoter is i-cover Limited. Dencover is an i-cover Limited product.

e.Only one Amazon Kindle (The all-new-kindle, released 28th September 2011) is the prize in each prize draw and therefore if the winning policy has multiple insureds, only one Amazon Kindle will be given as the prize.

f.The prize draw will be run quarterly and the draw will take place within 30 days from the quarter end, for example, if your renewal date falls between 1 January and 31 March, the draw will take place by 30 April and the winner will be notified by phone or in writing within 15 days thereafter. After the winner has been notified, the prize will be dispatched within 15 days.

g.No cash alternative will be offered.

h.On request, the promoter will make available to the enquiring party, the name and county of the winner.

i.In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond it’s control, the promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

j.The draw will take place under independent supervision and the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
