  • Can I claim for something that has been treated in the past ? (pre-existing conditions)

    No. We cannot provide cover for treatment received directly relating to a condition that you've seen or arranged to see a dentist about in the 12 months prior to the start date. For further information about pre-existing conditions, please read the Policy wording.

  • What does the 55% mean in ‘Recover your smile’

    If you claim for a treatment such as a filling, we'll pay 55% of the cost of the treatment up to the annual maximum benefit.

  • Will I be covered for cosmetic treatment?

    No. We don't provide any cover for cosmetic treatments.

  • What does the 80% mean in ‘Uncover your smile’

    If you make a claim for a treatment such as a hygienist visit, we'll pay 80% of the cost of the treatment up to the annual maximum benefit.
